Guam’s Subdivision and Parental Subdivision

The purpose of this course is to provide real estate agents with a basic understanding of the planning and design elements that are involved in the residential subdivision development process on Guam. The students will learn what types of agencies should be contacted, some common sources of information and what components are generally presented in the final design.

There is no prerequisite knowledge for this course. Some familiarity with land infrastructure items is helpful but not necessary.
